Hidden Lake Gardens
Not
far south of U.S. 12, the Great Sauk Trail, is one of the true hidden
treasures in Michigan. The grounds are well kept and offer plenty
of beautiful vistas especially when everything starts to bloom but, this
is really an excellent winter day trip.
The indoor environments are really special. Here in the middle of the winter you can wander through a tropical garden, or a southwest desert. Step into these indoor gardens and you will quickly forget all about winter for the next couple hours.
