river daysThe Midland River Days Festival is July 15 & 16, Downtown Midland in Chippewassee Park.  It's two days of great fun: Music, food, entertainment and activities for everyone. It's riverboat rides, zipline trips, concerts, a beer tent and so much more. Pumpkin Festival - Grandma’s Pumpkin Patch and Downtown Midland present the annual Pumpkin Festival in October eachyear. Enjoy lots of great family activities on Main Street: Pumpkin Rolling, Apple Bank Shot Game, Donut Eating Contest,and Johnson’s Giant Pumpkin Farm Pumpkin Decorating.  More events include Hayrides from Grandma’s Pumpkin Patch, Barnyard Beanbag Toss, Pumpkin Bowling, Poke-A-Pumpkin Game, and Animals of the Night with Chippewa Nature Center Lou E. Loon’s Spooktacular!


Holly Jolly Days - Santa's House opens in December when Midland’s Downtown Development Authority continues “Holly Jolly Days.”  A weekend with free horse-drawn carriage rides, cocoa, carolers and a $5 shopping coupon at 20 downtown restaurants and businesses.  Carriage rides will be offered from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday with pick up on Main Street in front of the H Hotel, 111 W. Main St.   Visit www.midlandfoundation.org  for Santa House hours. $5 Coupon (off a $25 purchase) You can use the coupon at each participating Downtown business.
