Michael W. Schragg Postal Museum

This excellent museum is located in the basement of the post office in Marshall, Michigan.  I would plan to have at least an hour for the tour, this is no one room museum.  In fact, the collection includes over 2000 items and is now the second largest in the U.S.

 

The exhibits are beautifully done and include some very unusual rarities like, leather post cards, a letter written on tree bark, glass mail boxes and on and on.
