Located in White Hall, Michigan across the river from Montague, Michigan on the shore of Lake Michigan.
This Lighthouse was built in 1875 by Captain William Robinson is just south of town. The White River Light Station is now a museum. Visitors can climb the spiral staircase to the top of the lighthouse tower and peruse the 19th and early 20th century photographs. There is an excellent collection of nautical artifacts and a stunning view across Lake Michigan.
